“ My friend had an in with one of the guys who works here, so we stopped in on are way through Worcester. The beer was outstanding. I found out after I finished my Blood orange lager that it had been canned instead of draft because they had kicked the keg yesterday. It was just that good. The food on top of everything was delicious. Everyone in my group ordered something different. No complaints from anyone at the table. I would definitely come back next time I’m in Worcester. ”

Service is always great, there is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, the food menu is A, and located within walking distance to Polar Park, Crompton Collective, etc. They are attached to the ice rink so use their private parking lot, or park on a surrounding street. Truly a gem of Worcester. ”

“ Bay State is inside the new hockey center, with a free parking lot . There were tons of tables, QR code’s on the tables. But they do have paper menus now, too. They have a great selection of beer & food! I've tried the tachos and buffalo chicken sandwich, please try them!!! Food is a little on the expensive side but treat yourself. The brewery is two floors and you can see the ice rink from the second floor. The brewery also seems like it's dog-friendly which is always a plus. ”

“ Great place to get a liter of beer and food while watching at the rink watching your kids play. Good variety of traditional German style draft beer along with some good IPA's and sours. The food is pretty good as well. The pretzel is a great appetizer to share with group of friends. Had Oktoberfest special menu along with regular pub menu. The curry sausage was well done. The chicken wings are pretty good as well. ”

Beef on Weck is a hefty Sammie that will fill you up. Beer names capitalize on local people, places, and Legends of Wooster (yes that us how the locals say it). Merchandise like t-shirts and hoodies feature beer flavors. Kelley Squared is a hazy double IPA that is full of flavor and cleverly named after Kelley Square in the heart of town. Becky likes the Smell is another double IPA that is a crowd favorite. Get a flight of four beers or seltzers to find your favorite then fill a growler or buy cans to bring home. Friendly staff, great food and beer, fun time. ”

Order the chicken wings or pizza, actually order both because they are phenomenal! The kitchen here cranks out some seriously delicious food. Only regulars know the stairs lead to the upstairs room that overlooks the ice rink! Make sure you check it out next time you’re there. ”
